En Archie’s Wok fusionamos los vibrantes sabores del sudeste asiático con la esencia única de Puerto Vallarta. Desde los años 80, nuestra cocina ha sido un punto de encuentro donde las tradiciones de Tailandia, Vietnam y Filipinas cobran vida en cada platillo.
Nuestro fundador, Archie, fue chef privado del director John Huston durante la filmación de La noche de la iguana en Puerto Vallarta, un capítulo que forma parte de nuestra historia.
Más que un restaurante, somos una experiencia llena de tradición, pasión y auténtico sabor asiático.

Desde 1986, Archie’s Wok ha sido un rincón vibrante de sabores tailandeses, filipinos y vietnamitas en Puerto Vallarta. Inspirados en las cocinas del sudeste asiático y elaborados con ingredientes frescos, nuestros platillos fusionan tradición, creatividad y alma familiar.

Reservation?
Due to the limited seating at Archie’s Wok, as well as the unpredictability of diners, we receive diners on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive, if there should be a wait for a table we add your name to our waiting list, and you may sip a cocktail or a glass of wine in front of our restaurant while you await your table. Or some people enjoy a short stroll on the pier. We hope that you will find this suitable.
